Troy Henry has over 20 years of management experience with a strong focus on business development, strategic planning, contract management, technology, and intergovernmental relations. He has expertise in managing multi-million dollar projects and leading teams that develop business strategies and implement solutions to address deficiencies in productivity and overall business operations. As President of the $600M United Water Corporation, Troy had responsibility for overseeing operations and management of United Water's water and wastewater businesses, customer satisfaction, client relations and marketing activities in nineteen states. Troy has also served in executive positions with Enron, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA) and LORAL Federal Systems. Henry possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical/computer engineering from Stanford University and dual Masters of Science degrees in electrical engineering and biomedical engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University.
